UAE Process Guide

Filipino Healthcare Staffing for UAE Employers: How the Process Works

This guide shows the UAE hiring process, each side's responsibilities, and realistic timelines.

The UAE hiring process runs in seven stages, from brief and sourcing to Philippine clearance, UAE licensing, and arrival. BW handles sourcing, screening, and Philippine-side processing; the employer interviews, hires, sponsors the visa, and completes UAE licensing.

UAE Process Questions

In many cases, yes. Some authorities allow pre-arrival applications after DataFlow verification and the required exam, which can shorten the time between arrival and starting clinical practice. We support the documentation where that route is allowed.

After selection, the UAE employer issues the offer and contract, acts as visa sponsor and applies for the Emirates ID, handles the DHA, DOH, or MOH licence pre-arrival or post-arrival, and manages onboarding and accommodation.
