Dubai nurse recruitment
Hire Filipino Nurses in Dubai
Dubai employs more Filipino healthcare staff than any other city in the region, across its JCI-accredited hospital groups, specialist clinics, and DHA-licensed home care agencies. We recruit nurses and care staff directly from the Philippines, confirm DHA eligibility before you see a profile, and handle the visas, paperwork, and Philippine clearances through to arrival.

DHA licensing, in brief
Every healthcare professional practising in Dubai needs a licence from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). For a Filipino nurse this means DataFlow verification of PRC credentials, taking 4 to 8 weeks, then the DHA examination. DataFlow status and DHA eligibility are confirmed on every profile first.
One thing worth knowing before you brief us: a DHA licence covers Dubai Emirate only. It does not transfer to Abu Dhabi or the Northern Emirates. If you hire in more than one authority, we prepare candidates for each.

Filipino registered nurses for Dubai
Registered nurses are the main hire across Dubai's JCI-accredited hospital groups, specialist clinics, day surgery units, and DHA-licensed home care agencies. General and medical-surgical wards, outpatient departments, and care homes all run on them. ICU, theatre, and paediatric posts are specialist briefs we source separately.
Every Filipino registered nurse holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a PRC licence from the Professional Regulation Commission, verified through DataFlow. Training and documentation are in English from the first year of study, with typically two or more years of hospital experience. Before a profile reaches you we confirm the PRC licence, DataFlow status, and DHA eligibility. You only review nurses who can complete DHA licensing for Dubai.
Why Dubai employers source Filipino registered nurses
English from day one
Philippine nursing training is in English. Filipino nurses work and document in English throughout their careers, so there is no language gap at your Dubai facility.
PRC licensing accepted by DHA
DHA accepts PRC credentials as the basis for DataFlow verification and licensing. The pathway is well established and the timelines hold.
Established Dubai presence
Filipino nurses are widely represented across Dubai's hospital groups, specialist clinics, and care facilities.
DHA pathway expertise
DHA has DataFlow, examination, and competency requirements that differ from DOH in Abu Dhabi and MOH UAE. We prepare candidates for the DHA pathway from the start.
Specialist nursing is screened against its own standard. Dubai ICU, theatre, and paediatric briefs run through our UAE specialist pages: ICU nurses, theatre nurses, and paediatric nurses.
Who handles what in Dubai
We manage the sourcing, the DHA pathway preparation, and the Philippine-side paperwork, from PRC and DataFlow through to work visas, employment documents, and the government clearances a healthcare worker needs before leaving the country.
Your Dubai facility interviews, chooses, and directly employs the candidate, and sponsors the work visa on arrival. You keep the hiring decision and the employment relationship; we handle everything that gets a licensed, cleared candidate to your door.

DataFlow verification of the PRC credentials takes 4 to 8 weeks, then the nurse sits the DHA examination. The full pathway, including what DHA checks and who does what, is on our DHA licensing guide.
No. DHA covers Dubai Emirate only. Abu Dhabi runs under DOH and the Northern Emirates under MOH UAE, and licences do not transfer between them. If you operate across authorities, tell us at brief stage and we prepare candidates for each one.
Registered, ICU, theatre, and paediatric nurses, physiotherapists, medical technologists, pharmacists, and home care assistants. Nursing and home care are the highest-volume Dubai briefs we run.
Confirmed brief to shortlist is typically 3 to 5 weeks, and brief to arrival 3 to 4 months, with the DHA pathway itself running 8 to 12 weeks inside that. Candidates with DataFlow already completed shorten it, and we prioritise them for urgent briefs.
