Laboratory and Diagnostics

Hire Filipino Medical Technologists

Hospital laboratories, diagnostic chains, and blood banks across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar depend on licensed medical technologists to keep results moving. We recruit them directly from the Philippines, screen their laboratory sections and licence before you see a profile, and handle the visas, paperwork, and clearances through to arrival, one point of contact throughout. Candidates never pay a fee at any stage.

Licensing by market: UAE, Saudi Arabia, or Qatar.

What We Verify

  • PRC Medical Technology licence
  • Laboratory sections worked
  • DataFlow verification stage
  • DHA, DOH, MOH UAE, SCFHS, or QCHP eligibility

One point of contact from your brief to your candidate arriving at your facility.

As of July 2026, employers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar hold live DMW-approved job orders for more than 250 medical technologists, with Qatar holding the largest share.

The role, and what we screen for

A medical technologist is defined by which laboratory sections they have actually worked, whether clinical chemistry, haematology, blood banking, or microbiology, and blood bank in particular is its own discipline. Every profile we send states the sections worked and the analyser platforms used. You will not be shown a technologist whose section experience does not match your laboratory.

Every candidate holds a PRC Medical Technology licence and a BS in Medical Technology from a CHED-accredited university, taught in English, verified at source through DataFlow, with typically two or more years of laboratory practice.

Licensing by market

UAE: DHA, DOH, or MOH UAE

The UAE licenses through three separate authorities: DHA in Dubai, DOH in Abu Dhabi, and MOH UAE across Sharjah and the northern Emirates. A medical technologist licence from one authority does not transfer to another. Tell us your Emirate and we confirm the correct pathway before sourcing starts.

Hiring in UAE

Saudi Arabia: SCFHS and DataFlow

Every medical technologist in Saudi Arabia is classified and licensed by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS): DataFlow verification, SCFHS classification, then the Prometric examination, which can be sat in the Philippines before departure. Classification sets the professional grade and salary banding, so we present classification documentation with the shortlist where available.

Hiring in Saudi Arabia

Qatar: QCHP

Every medical technologist in Qatar needs a licence from the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP): DataFlow verification, then the QCHP examination and registration. One QCHP licence covers every setting in Qatar, public and private, so one process covers your whole operation.

How hiring works

1

Share your brief

Tell us the role, numbers, market, and timeline. We confirm the licensing route for your authority before sourcing.

2

We find and vet the candidates

We check credentials, screen the role-specific experience, and confirm eligibility with your authority. You receive a shortlist ready to proceed, with DataFlow status stated on every profile.

3

You interview and choose

Review the profiles, interview by video, and select who you want. The hiring decision is always yours.

4

We handle the legal and immigration side

Work visas, immigration and employment paperwork, and the Philippine government clearances a healthcare worker needs before leaving the country, all processed under the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) framework. Your candidate arrives legally cleared and ready for day one.

Why employers hire Filipino medical technologists

Sections stated on every profile

Chemistry, haematology, blood bank, microbiology: every profile states the sections the technologist has actually worked and the analysers they have run, so your lab manager knows what they are reviewing.

English in the laboratory

Result reporting, quality control records, and clinician queries all run in English. Filipino medical technologists train and document in English throughout their degree.

PRC credentials accepted in every market

DHA, DOH, MOH UAE, SCFHS, and QCHP check the PRC Medical Technology licence through DataFlow. The laboratory pathway is established and the timelines are steady.

Section matched before interview

Every profile states the sections and analyser platforms worked, so a blood bank or microbiology vacancy is matched at shortlist rather than at interview.

Employer Questions

Filipino medical technologists hold a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from a CHED-accredited Philippine institution and a PRC Medical Technology licence from the Professional Regulation Commission's Board of Medical Technology. UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar licensing authorities require DataFlow primary source verification of the PRC licence followed by the relevant authority licensing examination. BW Medical Staffing verifies the PRC licence, DataFlow status, and laboratory specialisation records before presenting any candidate profile.

Clinical chemistry, haematology, blood banking, and microbiology, plus generalists who rotate across all four. Every profile states the sections worked. If your vacancy is section-specific, blood bank for example, say so at brief stage and we screen for documented experience in that section.

Every profile states the analyser platforms the technologist has run and their section experience. If your lab needs a specific platform or ISO 15189 familiarity, tell us at brief stage and we screen for it.

Confirmed brief to shortlist is typically 3 to 5 weeks, and brief to arrival 3 to 4 months. DataFlow primary source verification runs 4 to 8 weeks; the UAE authority examinations (DHA, DOH, or MOH UAE) about 8 to 12 weeks; SCFHS 10 to 16 weeks including classification; and QCHP 8 to 12 weeks. Candidates who already hold completed DataFlow move fastest, and we prioritise them for urgent briefs.
