Who does what

Two parties: you employ, we recruit.

Your side

  • Interview and select the candidates
  • Employ the candidate directly and sponsor the visa
  • Set the salary package and contract terms
  • Onboard your new staff at the facility

Our side

  • Recruit and vet candidates in the Philippines
  • Confirm licence eligibility and DataFlow before profiles reach you.
  • We handle visas, immigration, and Philippine clearances under the DMW framework. See the full process.
  • Manage the process to arrival.

What you receive at each stage

Four stages, and something concrete lands on your desk at each one.

  • Within days of your brief: licence route and timeline confirmed.

  • Within 3 to 5 weeks: a shortlist. Each profile shows licence, relevant experience, DataFlow status, and English level.

  • At interview: video calls scheduled around your team. You decide.

  • At arrival: a legally cleared candidate ready to start.

Every profile supports a hiring decision:

  • PRC licence

  • Relevant experience

  • DataFlow stage

  • Licence eligibility

  • English level

  • Availability

If a profile reaches you, the candidate is eligible for your licence.

Staffing and outsourcing companies

In Saudi Arabia and Qatar, many healthcare workers are engaged through licensed staffing, home-care, and outsourcing companies rather than directly by the hospital or clinic. We supply these companies under the same model as any direct employer: the company is the sponsoring employer, it holds the job order, and candidates never pay fees at any stage. Licensed staffing and manpower supply companies across Saudi Arabia and Qatar engage many healthcare workers in the region, and we supply them under the same model.

We recruit to your contract, confirm licence eligibility, and process each hire under the DMW framework. We take volume briefs; terms are set out in the services agreement before anything starts.

The commitments we make

  • Employers pay all recruitment costs. Candidates pay nothing. This protects you in audits.

  • Free replacement within 3 months if a placement does not work out.

  • Every placement is processed under the Philippine Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) framework.

  • We only shortlist candidates eligible for your licence.

Common Questions from Employers

Your facility. You are the direct employer and visa sponsor. We are the recruitment side: we find, vet, and deliver the candidate legally cleared to start.

Every placement is processed under the Philippine Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) framework, the government system that governs how Filipino healthcare workers take jobs overseas. It sets the documentation, clearances, and worker protections for every placement, and we handle all of it. Candidates never pay fees at any stage.

Five things: the role, how many positions, your facility location, your timeline, and the salary package on offer. With those we confirm the licensing pathway and give you a realistic date for your first shortlist, usually on the discovery call itself.

If a candidate leaves or is not suitable within the first three months, we source a replacement at no charge. Between three and six months, a reduced fee applies. The terms are set out in the services agreement before anything starts.

Fees depend on the role, the volume, and your market, so we quote on the discovery call rather than publish a number that may not fit your brief. There is no charge for the call and no obligation. Our cost guide explains what drives pricing.
