Paediatric Nursing
Hire Filipino Paediatric Nurses
Children's wards, paediatric clinics, and specialist children's hospitals across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar compete for the same small pool of experienced paediatric nurses. We recruit them directly from the Philippines, screen their paediatric hours and age-group experience before you see a profile, and handle the visas, paperwork, and Philippine clearances through to arrival, one point of contact throughout. Candidates never pay a fee at any stage.
The role
Paediatric experience we screen for
A nurse whose experience is school-age children is not automatically right for an infant ward. Paediatric nursing is not adult nursing scaled down: weight-based dosing, deterioration that shows differently in children, and constant contact with anxious parents. Every profile states age groups worked, paediatric hours, and setting. We only shortlist nurses whose paediatric experience matches your ward.
Every candidate holds a PRC nursing licence and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing taught in English, verified through DataFlow. Typically they bring two or more years in paediatric care. For neonatal or paediatric intensive care, see our ICU nurses page, where NICU and PICU are screened as unit types. For adult wards, see registered nurses.
We source Filipino paediatric nurses for hospitals and clinics in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar: children's wards, paediatric outpatient clinics, and specialist children's hospitals. Every profile states the setting worked.

Licensing by market
UAE: DHA, DOH, or MOH UAE
The UAE licenses through three separate authorities: DHA in Dubai, DOH in Abu Dhabi, and MOH UAE across Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. A licence from one does not transfer to another. Paediatric nurses register as general nurses, with paediatric experience assessed separately. Tell us your Emirate and we confirm the pathway before sourcing.
Saudi Arabia: SCFHS and DataFlow
The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) classifies and licenses every nurse in Saudi Arabia. The sequence is DataFlow, SCFHS classification, then the Prometric exam, which can be sat in the Philippines before departure. Classification sets the grade and salary banding, and specialist experience feeds into it. Where available, we present classification documentation with the shortlist.
Qatar: QCHP
Every nurse in Qatar needs a licence from the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP). The steps: DataFlow, exam, registration. One QCHP licence covers every setting, public and private, from Hamad Medical Corporation and Sidra Medicine to private hospitals. That keeps staffing simple to plan.
Singapore: SNB
Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) is employer-sponsored: the hiring institution applies using the nurse’s PRC-verified credentials. No pre-departure licensing examination blocks the pathway, which keeps Singapore timelines among the most predictable we run. Hospitals, nursing homes, and licensed home care providers hire directly.

Why BW Medical Staffing
Why employers hire Filipino paediatric nurses
Age groups on every profile
For infants, school-age children, and adolescents, every profile states age groups worked and paediatric hours, so your clinical lead knows what they are reviewing.
English with children and parents
Charting, handover, and the parent conversations that fill a paediatric shift run in English. English is their language of study from year one, so families understand them clearly.
PRC credentials accepted in every market
The PRC nursing licence is verified through DataFlow by DHA, DOH, MOH UAE, SCFHS, or QCHP. Paediatric experience is assessed alongside it.
Ward matched before you interview
Every profile states the age groups and setting worked, so an infant ward or an adolescent unit is matched at shortlist rather than at interview.
Questions
Employer Questions
Filipino paediatric nurses hold a PRC nursing licence issued by the Professional Regulation Commission's Board of Nursing, plus documented paediatric clinical experience, typically from a paediatric ward, NICU, or paediatric ICU. UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar licensing authorities verify the PRC licence through DataFlow and separately assess paediatric nursing competency. BW Medical Staffing verifies both the PRC licence and the paediatric clinical experience records before shortlisting any candidate.
Documented hours in paediatric wards, clinics, or community settings, the age groups worked, and weight-based medication competency. We typically put forward nurses with two or more years in paediatric care. If your unit treats a specific age range, infants for example, tell us at brief stage and we screen for it.
Yes, through our ICU sourcing, where neonatal and paediatric intensive care are screened as unit types with documented NICU or PICU hours. This page covers ward and clinic paediatrics. If your brief includes both, we source them together and state the background on each profile.
Confirmed brief to shortlist is typically 3 to 5 weeks, and brief to arrival 3 to 4 months. DataFlow primary source verification runs 4 to 8 weeks; the UAE authority examinations (DHA, DOH, or MOH UAE) about 8 to 12 weeks; SCFHS 10 to 16 weeks including classification; and QCHP 8 to 12 weeks. Candidates who already hold completed DataFlow move fastest, and we prioritise them for urgent briefs. Singapore runs on employer-sponsored SNB registration with no pre-departure licensing examination, and brief to arrival is typically 2 to 4 months.
