What BW Medical Staffing provides

BW Medical Staffing provides sourcing, screening, coordination, and candidate preparation services for healthcare employers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. We identify and assess Filipino healthcare professionals in the Philippines and prepare shortlists for the client's facilities. Our services are provided to healthcare employers in these markets only. This website is not intended for job seekers or candidates.

What BW Medical Staffing does not provide

BW Medical Staffing is not a licensed overseas recruitment agency and does not deploy candidates directly. All legal overseas recruitment and deployment is handled exclusively by our DMW-licensed Philippine recruitment partner. The client facility is at all times the direct employer and visa sponsor of placed candidates.

Limitation of liability

The information on this website is provided for general information purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes a contract, a guarantee of placement, or a representation that any particular candidate will be available or suitable for any particular role. BW Medical Staffing accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on this website.

Fees, timelines, and contractual terms

Fees, guarantees, replacement terms, and delivery timelines are exclusively as set out in the signed services agreement between BW Medical Staffing and the client. Stated timelines are estimates and depend on third parties including verification providers, licensing authorities, examination scheduling, and government processing, none of which BW Medical Staffing controls.

In accordance with Philippine law, candidates are never charged placement fees or any equivalent charge at any stage.
