Hire Filipino Physiotherapists

Rehabilitation departments, physio clinics, and home healthcare agencies across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar all draw on the same supply of licensed physiotherapists, and demand from home care and Vision 2030 rehab centres is growing. We recruit physiotherapists directly from the Philippines, screen their licence, setting experience, and specialisation before you see a profile, and handle the visas, paperwork, and Philippine clearances through to arrival, one point of contact throughout. Candidates never pay a fee at any stage.

The role

Physiotherapy experience we screen for

We recruit Filipino physiotherapists for hospitals, rehab centres, and home healthcare across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. Where a physiotherapist has trained decides what they can do alone. A strong clinic caseload does not prove someone can assess and treat unsupervised in a patient's home. Every profile states settings worked and specialisation, whether musculoskeletal, neurological, or cardiopulmonary. We only shortlist physiotherapists whose setting experience matches your service.

Every candidate holds a PRC Physical Therapy licence and a BS in Physical Therapy or DPT from a CHED-accredited university, taught in English and verified through DataFlow. Typically they bring two or more years of clinical practice. Home visit work is screened for the independence and communication needed for solo home practice, not just clinic hours.

Home healthcare briefs are welcome. Home-visit experience is stated on the profile, and home visit work is a separate screen from clinic hours.

Physiotherapy is one of several disciplines we source as allied health professionals from the Philippines.

Markets covered

Licensing by market

UAE: DHA, DOH, or MOH UAE

The UAE licenses through three separate authorities: DHA in Dubai, DOH in Abu Dhabi, and MOH UAE across Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. A physiotherapist licence from one authority does not transfer to another. Tell us your Emirate and we confirm the pathway before sourcing.

Saudi Arabia: SCFHS and DataFlow

The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) classifies and licenses every physiotherapist in Saudi Arabia. The sequence is DataFlow, SCFHS classification, then the Prometric exam, which can be sat in the Philippines before departure. Classification sets grade and salary banding, so we present it with the shortlist where available.

Qatar: QCHP

Every physiotherapist in Qatar needs a licence from the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP). The steps: DataFlow, exam, registration. One QCHP licence covers every setting in Qatar, public and private.

Singapore: employer-sponsored registration

Singapore registration is employer-sponsored: the hiring institution applies using the physiotherapist’s PRC-verified credentials. No pre-departure licensing examination blocks the pathway, so Singapore timelines are among the most predictable we run.

Questions

Employer Questions

Filipino physiotherapists hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from a CHED-accredited institution and a PRC Physical Therapy licence from the Professional Regulation Commission. UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar licensing authorities require DataFlow primary source verification of the PRC licence followed by the authority's physiotherapy licensing examination. BW Medical Staffing verifies the PRC licence, DataFlow status, and clinical specialisation records before presenting any physiotherapist candidate profile.

Musculoskeletal is the most common background, followed by neurological rehabilitation, cardiopulmonary, and sports physiotherapy. Every profile states the specialisation and the settings where it was practised. If your caseload is specific, stroke rehabilitation for example, say so at brief stage and we screen for it.

Yes, and it is a different screen. Home visit work means assessing and treating alone in a patient's home, coordinating with families, and documenting remotely. We put forward candidates with home care or community experience for those briefs, not just clinic hours, and prepare them for the same authority pathway as their market.

Confirmed brief to shortlist is typically 3 to 5 weeks, and brief to arrival 3 to 4 months. DataFlow primary source verification runs 4 to 8 weeks; the UAE authority examinations (DHA, DOH, or MOH UAE) about 8 to 12 weeks; SCFHS 10 to 16 weeks including classification; and QCHP 8 to 12 weeks. Candidates who already hold completed DataFlow move fastest, and we prioritise them for urgent briefs. Singapore runs on employer-sponsored SNB registration with no pre-departure licensing examination, and brief to arrival is typically 2 to 4 months.
