• The job description, including role title, seniority, and any specific clinical experience.
• The salary and benefits package on offer.
• Preferred start dates.

The choices that stay with you as the direct employer.

• Interview availability, so we can schedule video interviews around your team.
• Candidate selection. The hiring decision is always yours.
• Issue of the employment contract to your chosen candidate.
• Visa sponsorship. You are always the direct employer and visa sponsor.

Realistic windows, confirmed for your brief on the call.

• Confirmed brief to shortlist: typically 3 to 5 weeks.
• Brief to arrival: typically 3 to 4 months.
